Kaylen Kelley, LPC

Licensed Professional Counselor

Kaylen Kelley is an Alaskan licensed professional counselor (LPC) and a lifelong Alaskan who enjoys yoga, hiking, camping, playing with her two dogs, Puah and Xander, and spending time with friends and family.

She graduated with her Master’s in Counseling in 2009 from Saint Martin’s University in Lacey, WA.; in addition to being trained in EMDR, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), and Trauma-Informed/Attachment Yoga.

Kaylen has specialized experience working with couples, families, youth, and adults struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, shame, and grief. Kaylen’s primary goal in serving her clients is to support them in tapping into their internal wisdom and self-empowerment. In addition, Kaylen is committed to helping all clients find more ease and joy in their lives by providing them a safe space to process, problem-solve and hone skills that will help them navigate life’s challenges as they arise.

Kaylen is a certified Trauma-Informed Yoga instructor through the National Yoga Alliance (yogaalliance.org), and a Certified Meditation Teacher through the Meditation Teacher Training (meditationtt.com). She tries to incorporate many Yoga skills, physical (if appropriate and the patient is without body limitations) and meditative within her therapy work.
