Toni was born and raised in Anchorage. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and History from UAA in 2004, Master of Science degree in General Psychology from Walden University in 2010, and Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Walden University in 2021. She provides counseling to adolescents, adults, and couples suffering from a range of issues including depression, trauma, anxiety, and grief. She is presently under the supervision of Dr. Lynn Hicks awaiting her state of Alaska Psychology license.
