Amy Dunville, LPC

Licensed Professional Counselor

Amy Dunville is an Alaskan licensed professional counselor (LPC). Her approach to her work is largely relational and psychodynamic. Healing comes in many different ways, so depending on the individual she includes "evidence-based practices" (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) as well as experiential interventions that can help enhance the lived experience. Amy is trained in Play Therapy and currently working towards a Register Play Therapist (RPT) credential.

She has specialized as a mental health therapist for sexual-minority populations. We affirm and celebrate all sexualities and relationships.

After graduating from Grand Valley State with a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology and Sociology and she received her Master's of Arts in Existential-Phenomenological Therapeutic Psychology at Seattle University.
