Jessica Pretz, LPC
Jessica received her master’s degree in Mental Health and Rehabilitation Counseling from Thomas University in Georgia.
She has worked in the Mental Health Field since 2011, with many of her clinical hours coming from working with adolescents and their families. She has significant clinical experience working with adolescents; however, since joining the Bridges team in 2018 she has created therapeutic relationships with individuals of all ages.
Her practice often includes person-centered and solution-focused modalities as she facilitates patients working on a variety of concerns. Jessica enjoys working on helping individuals with acceptance, anxiety, depression, and trauma helping to design a unique therapy approach individualized for each client’s needs.Jessica prefers seeing clients in-person, but also offers Tele-Health, as she does travel out to the Villages, in-order to offer mental health services to the outlying communities.
When not working, Jessica enjoys going on adventures with family, playing with her dog, or engaging in some form of physical activity whether it’s hitting a spin class or workout at the gym.
